What is mediation?

Mediation is a structured process in which two or more parties to a dispute voluntarily seek to reach an agreement on how to resolve their conflict with the help of a mediator.

As a mediator, I do not make decisions for you. Instead, I support you in finding your own solution through collaborative and constructive communication.

As a registered mediator, I am bound by a statutory duty of confidentiality (Section 18 of the Austrian Civil Mediation Act). All information and discussions shared during mediation are treated with the strictest confidentiality.
